Here is my True Story!

On October 21, 2003 I Received An Urgent Phone Call That My Dad Had Been in a Car Wreck And Was Not Expected To Live
Over the course of the next few days, it became obvious that rumors of his impending death were greatly exaggerated and he is still alive today. Unfortunately, what also became clear was that the Alzheimer's that had been diagnosed a few weeks earlier had advanced to the point he barely knew me or anyone else and was incapable of making any decisions for himself.
It took many grueling hours of convincing, threatening and conniving to get everything done I had to do just because I didn't have five simple, yet crucial documents in my hand - because my dad hadn't gotten around to executing them.
After that experience, I made a promise to myself: I would help others get their and their loved ones' affairs in order, so they don't have to go through what I went through at such a gut-wrenching time.

I'VE DEVELOPED A SIMPLE, AFFORDABLE 3-STEP PROCESS TO PROVIDE YOU WITH THESE CRUCIAL DOCUMENTS, SO YOU DON'T EVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THEM AGAIN
1. Send an email right now - mike@texaswillsandmore.com. 2. Fill out the questionnaire I will send you and return it to me. 3. We will schedule a time to sign all your documents.
Don't Wait! Did you know that it's not sufficient to have just a Last Will & Testament? There are 4 other documents you also need to have in order to protect your family and your assets. They're all included in this package. By filling out one simple set of questions (some of them Yes or No), you're one step away from having all 5 of these Crucial Documents complete and taken care of! You know as well as I do -- there's no reason to not have these documents. By having them, you are the one who gets to say what happens, and you get to say who makes decisions for you - not the Legislature or a Judge. JUST LIKE MY DAD DID, THERE ARE SO MANY REASONS TO PUT IT OFF, BUT THESE 5 CRUCIAL DOCUMENTS CAN MAKE ALL THE DIFFERENCE IF THEY'RE EVER NEEDED BY YOUR LOVED ONES! I urge you - no, I STRONGLY urge you to just do it and do it now. Like so many others, you'll experience a sense of peace and relief, and the gift to your loved ones, when and if the documents are ever needed, will be one of the greatest gifts you could ever give them. ALL IT TAKES IS $300 OR $500 FOR A COUPLE

In an article I read recently, 75% of the adults in United States do not have these simple, yet invaluable documents. What I'm referring to are the following 5 Crucial Documents that nobody should be without.

"Tell Me More About The 5 Crucial Documents I'll Be Getting"
§ Medical Power of Attorney - This document appoints someone of your choice to make medical decisions for you in the event you're unable to make them for yourself.
§ Directive to Physician (Living Will) - This document states clearly your choice of how doctors, et al are to proceed in the event of catastrophic illness or injury where death is imminent. Sometimes crudely referred to as the pull-the-plug-or-not choice.
§ HIPIAA Release - This document gives doctors and other medical providers the ability to discuss your medical condition with the people you say they can. Otherwise, they are prohibited from doing so -- even to those you'd want them to.
§ Statutory Durable Power of Attorney - This document authorizes the person you so designate to conduct your business, financial, and other affairs just as though they were you in the event you are incapacitated.
§ Will - This is the document that may be the most important of all for your loved ones. Without it, the Texas Legislature and/or a judge make all the decisions for you -- and I can pretty confidently assure you that you would not agree with many of them.
§ Who gets your worldly possessions - house, car, money, stocks, socks, everything
§ Who gets custody of your children
§ Who manages the settlement of your affairs
